1. Who we are
This website (waylandholdings.com) is operated by Wayland Holdings, LLC (“Wayland Holdings,” “we,” “us”), a U.S. limited liability company. If you have questions about this policy or how we handle information, contact us at Michael@WaylandHoldings.com.
2. What we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you submit. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the message you write.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, ours runs on infrastructure (Cloudflare) that automatically processes standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and request timing — to serve pages and keep the site secure. We do not access this data directly beyond aggregate, privacy-preserving analytics described below.
3. Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- Operate, secure, and maintain the website.
4. How it's processed
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc., which provides content delivery and security infrastructure. Contact form submissions are handled by a Cloudflare Pages Function and sent as an email via Resend, Inc., our transactional email provider, to Michael@WaylandHoldings.com. Submissions are delivered by email and are not stored in a database on this site.
5. Analytics & cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic. It is cookieless, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies, which is why no cookie banner is shown.
6. Retention
We keep contact form correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to address your inquiry and maintain ordinary business records, after which it is deleted or archived.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers named above (Cloudflare and Resend) as needed to operate the site and deliver contact form messages, or where required by law.
8. Your choices & deletion requests
You may have rights under applicable local law to access, correct, or request deletion of information you've submitted to us. To make such a request, email Michael@WaylandHoldings.com and we will respond as appropriate.
9. Children
This site is a corporate and portfolio website directed at businesses and professional contacts. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 13.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
